    Yes, we deliver to other Home Counties, including Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Sussex.
  • Can I request an early setup or late collection?
    Yes, we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your event needs. Additional fees may apply for after-hours services.
  • Are delivery fees fixed in Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire?
    Yes, delivery fees are fixed across Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire, making it easy to plan your event without unexpected costs.
  • Are there additional charges for London deliveries?
    Due to traffic and congestion charges, additional fees may apply for deliveries within Central London. These fees will be included in your upfront quote.
  • How are delivery costs calculated for areas outside your primary service area?
    For areas outside Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire, delivery is charged at £0.78 per mile. This ensures transparent and reasonable pricing.
  • Special Requests Can you deliver outside of the listed areas?
    For events outside of our regular service area, we may still be able to assist. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements and receive a custom quote.

    Yes, we cover all towns, cities, and rural areas within these counties, including: Hampshire: Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Andover. Surrey: Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Epsom, and more. Berkshire: Reading, Slough, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Newbury.
  • General Delivery and Setup Is delivery included in the cost?
    Delivery costs are calculated based on the location of the event. For locations outside our primary service area, there is a fee of £0.78 per mile. All quotes include delivery, setup, and collection.
  • Do you provide setup and takedown services?
    Yes, we provide full setup and takedown services for all equipment. This ensures everything is ready and functioning perfectly before your event starts.
  • How long does setup take?
    Setup times vary depending on the event size and equipment required: Small setups (e.g., house parties): 1–2 hours. Larger setups (e.g., weddings or conferences): 3–5 hours. We coordinate with you to ensure the setup is completed well in advance of your event.
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?
    No, we do not currently offer same-day delivery. All bookings must be arranged in advance to ensure timely delivery and setup.
  • Can I collect the equipment instead of using your delivery service?
    At this time, self-collection options are not available. All equipment must be delivered, set up, and collected by our team to maintain quality and reliability.
